I have a Silkie rooster who's been dealing with an infection in the crease of his comb. It's filled with yellow pus, and I've cleaned it out a few times using Q-tips and applied antiseptic powder afterward, but it keeps coming back. I'm wondering if anyone here has dealt with a similar issue or has any suggestions for a more effective treatment.
